At SOL, we believe that time is a valuable resource and , when shared, can transform communities. That’s why we created Banco de Horas , an initiative that promotes the exchange of time and skills among members of our community.

How does it work?

• Initial phase: During the construction and remodeling of our space, volunteers who donate their time to help in this phase will have their hours recorded in the Time Bank. These hours can be exchanged, in the future, for access to our coworking space or other services offered by the association, as well as access to future events.

• Community expansion: The Time Bank will soon be open to everyone! Any member of the community will be able to donate their time and, in exchange, use it to benefit from services or support offered by other members.

• Community Building: Sharing time fosters connections, collaborations, and supports mutual growth.
