At SOL, we believe that spaces have a soul, and the former primary school is a living testament to the history and memories of our community. With this spirit, we propose to recover and requalify the building, transforming it into a welcoming, functional, and sustainable place to accommodate our project and the community.

We want to preserve and give new life to the existing stove, using the general heating system with installed radiators, to guarantee thermal comfort throughout the building, on both floors. Furthermore, our priority is to renovate and equip the bathrooms, ensuring the space is functional and accessible for everyone.

The outdoor space, also an integral part of our vision, will be revitalized to become an inviting and versatile environment, ideal for holding community events, meetings, and outdoor socializing.
